Recommendation For Fencers

  • We know that between 13-18, teens begin to diverge in their commitment to sports: some become more determined and some are at risk of dropping out.

  • We provide different types of programs for 13-18yos to support these diverging paths:

  • Teen Active for Life keeps teens active and learning in a social environment

  • 2 Classes per week is for fencers with technical, tactical, and/or provincial competition goals

  • Unlimited Classes is for fencers with technical, tactical, mental, and/or national/international competition goals

  • We hope to support your fencer in their competitive goals because we believe in the value of competition for the lessons it teaches:

  • The correlation between hard work and tangible improvements

  • The value of discipline and self-regulation

  • The importance of taking care of your body and mind

  • We also know that fencing is a highly technical sport and that attendance and quality repetition are key to providing fencers the foundation so they are positioned to experience positive experience in training and competition and, subsequently, strengthen their self-confidence
